・When we recieve your application , we will contact you as soon as possible.

・Please pay the reservation fee or total costs within 7days after your application.

・If your fee is not paid within the 7 days , your application will be automatically cancelled.

・Fee's can be paid with a bank transfer or PayPal.


Canel Policy
　○If you cancel your reservation 8 days before the reserved date, there is no charge.
　○If you cancel your reservation one day before the reserved date, 50% of the total stay charge will be taken and unfortunately can not be refunded.
　○If you cancel your reservation one day before the reserved date, 80% of the total stay charge will be taken and unfortunately can not be refunded.
　○If your reservation is cancelled on the day, all stay charges will be taken, and unfortunately can not be refunded.

・3 p.m. - 5 p.m. Nene staff will great you !
　※If your arrival time is after 5 p.m., please let us know by phone or e-mail.

・Outstanding payment is then to be paid by cash in yen only.

・Complete application form, (ID information required.)

・Nene staff will them help you with any enquiries, questions etc.,
give you the key and then leave you in peace to relax and enjoy your stay.
